What should I wear to my appointment?

Although we take every precaution possible to avoid accidents, we advise you not to wear anything of value or expensive as we cannot be held responsible for damaged items of clothing.

And please DO NOT wear Turtlenecks or high collars!! 

What if I need to cancel or am running late for my appointment?
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience please give us 24hrs notice.
We send appointment confirmations via text 48hrs in advance of your appointment to ensure you have enough time to move or cancel your appointment if required.
No shows and last minute appointment cancellations hurt our business. Without enough notice, we are unable to offer your appointment to another client. 
If you are running late, please call us straight away to let us know, and please understand that we may not be able to perform the full service you were booked for.
We will do our absolute best to accommodate you, but as we run on appointments we try to stick to scheduled times to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
No show appointments will not be booked again without the full service being prepaid. This is non-refundable in the event if another no show.
Can I bring my children?

We strive to provide a relaxing, stress free atmosphere for all our clients. Should it be necessary to bring your children, please note that there are chemicals and sharp implements being used and so they must be supervised at all times.

What if I'm not satisfied with my hair?

Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your result or feel it needs tweaking We want you to be 100% happy, and loving your hair. We offer a 10 day complimentary re-do from the date of your appointment.

Do you use Olaplaex?

Yes! We love Olaplaex. It is an add on to your service, but we highly recommend it for all of our blonde or coloured clients. It protects the integrity of the hair when colouring and gives us the opportunity to push your hair a little further with lightness that we could without it.

Can I have a haircut without a blow-dry?

We don’t offer a haircuts without blowdry’s as we need to see the hair dried  and styled to make sure it is sitting perfectly. We also often prefer to cut dry hair so we can see the movement and texture in it

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, EFTPOS & credit along with Afterpay.

I have been colouring my hair at home and want to have a change. What should I book in for?
We strongly recommend that anyone wanting a change come in for a complimentary consultation where we can give you honest, advice and expectations. For anyone who has been home colouring or has a build-up of colour, we may also advise you to let us do a test strand to get an idea of an expected colour result.
We will also then be able to quote you and allocate the right amount of time for your service.
